I live in Baltimore. Can I meet you to pick up my order?


Absolutely! Please contact us at info@noireboutique.com or (443) 626 7779 prior to placing an order online.




How long will it take to receive my order?


Each gift is carefully assembled and packaged upon receipt of order. Processing time for orders takes 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is received. Once shipped, standard shipping time is between 3-5 days. Shipping times may be extended due to impact from COVID-19.




I need the gift urgently. Do you offer expedited processing and shipping?


Please email info@noireboutique.com and put “Expedite Request” along with your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee processing in less than 3 days.




What shipping method do you use?


Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is shipped.




Do you ship internationally?


Not at this time.




Can you customize gift baskets?


We love customizing gifts for our customers. Please email us at info@noireboutique.com with “Custom Order” in the subject line. We will set up a time to discuss your request within 24 hours.




I’d like to order several baskets at once. Do you do bulk orders?


To ensure inventory levels are sufficient, please contact us prior to placing an order for five or more baskets.




What is your return policy?


If you received a defective item in your gift or are unsatisfied with your order, please email info@noireboutique.com. Someone in our Customer Care Department will get back to you within 48 hours.




I entered the wrong address with my order. What should I do?


Email info@noireboutique.com with “Address Correction” and your order number in the subject line. If your order has not been shipped, we can update your order to the correct address.




Can I cancel my order?


Cancellations will not be accepted.




What is "black glove" service?


We carefully inspect and pack each gift to ensure that the brands are represented in excellence. There's no assembly line of gift baskets! Each one is custom curated and designed. Additionally, we have a two-step packaging process to ensure that the gift arrives in pristine condition.
